After everything, I'm still here.

I am here. You are there. Where's the ice cream?

So, after months of reading Elaine's blog, I figured maybe I should write my own thoughts, feelings, events, misc. crap in my life. So, here I am writing. I hope I can stick with it. I started a diary years ago, and it has one page filled.

So, I'm unemployed, again... First, I got laid off in March. I became a substitute teacher for the remainder of the school year, and then secured a babysiting job for the summer. Perfect for going back to school for my master's in the fall. No commitment to a "real" job, the flexibility of subbing in the fall in order for me to take classes. Then, my husband got laid off in May. Difficult, but hey, we'll survive. Well, I found out over the weekend, the lady who wanted me for babysitting got laid off too. So, I'm back to where I started, and feel so sucky. Any thoughts, anyone?
