After everything, I'm still here.

A/C!!

The a/c finally got fixed...hopefully for good now. He came around 5:30pm. We called the company at 2:15pm. It happened that Debbie at the office confused the time frames. She told us one time frame, but wrote down another time frame on the work order. Ughh...

After he left, I walked Ayana. When we came back, it even felt cooler!!! It had gone down a degree. So I know it's working better now. Yesterday, it lingered at 80 for about 30 hours and would not drop at all. We set it for 78.

But, now, it's cool enough outside to open the windows and turn off the a/c. but I'll wait till hubby gets back from his volunteering to make that decision. I celebrated the fixed a/c by going out to dinner by myself. I brought my Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone book. I'm done reading all of them up to date, so I'm going back and re-reading all of them. So, I read the book at the table and ate food that would stink up the house if I made it. It was yummy!!!
