After everything, I'm still here.

Hey...it's the 4th!!!

Happy Independence Day!!!

To celebrate this wonderful day for Americans, I plan to sit on my ass and take the day as it comes. I thought about yard work, maybe I'll still do that so I can start the grill for dinner. (I created a pile of leaves and branches on the patio where the grill is supposed to go that needs to be bagged up.) My hubby, on the other hand, is doing something constructive for his job searching needs. Kudos, hun!!!! Love you!!!!
I do have a lead on a job, so I need to call her and find out the details. We'll see...

So, it's fireworks time. Ayana is deathly afraid of the loud booms AND water!! She avoids sprinklers on our walks. She will drag me to the street to avoid the sprinklers on someone's lawn. She's our baby. I never imagined German Shepherds being afraid too much of anything.
